Mat Monsters and it's Black belts have a direct lineage from Helson Gracie. We have an old school jiujitsu background with a new age twist. Mat Monster Grappling incorporates Brazilian Jiujitsu and wrestling into its teachings. We strive to be an unstoppable force both standing and on the ground.
